We currently have an opportunity for Home Care Workers to join our dynamic Home Care Services team in Western Sydney on a casual basis. Working closely with the Care Advisor and Service Coordinator, Home Care Workers play a vital role in supporting clients with complex care needs to remain living independently at home. Specifically the Home Care Worker will be responsible for providing quality home care services and monitoring the persons overall wellbeing including identifying any changes to their health, service requirements and activities of interest.
ABOUT YOU:
A Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
Experience working in the Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Sector
A current First Aid Certificate
A current CPR Certificate
